Information BukaTab handles

BukaTab handles only the information needed to provide its scheduling feature:

• the page URL you enter;
• your selected time, weekdays, opening mode, and enabled setting;
• snooze, delivery, and daily reminder state; and
• temporary reminder-window coordination information.

BukaTab does not read the contents of the page you choose, inspect your other tabs, or record your browsing history.

How the information is used

The information is used only to calculate when an action is due, show a reminder when requested, and open the page you configured. BukaTab has no analytics, advertising, telemetry, user accounts, or developer-operated backend.

Storage and retention

Settings and reminder state are stored with chrome.storage.local. Temporary window coordination is stored with chrome.storage.session. This information remains in your local Chrome profile until you change it, clear the extension’s data, or uninstall BukaTab. Session information is disposable and may be cleared when Chrome restarts or the extension reloads.

Transmission and sharing

BukaTab does not transmit your stored URL or schedule to its developer, sell information, or share it with advertisers or other third parties. When BukaTab opens your chosen URL, Chrome connects to that destination in the same way it would if you opened the URL yourself. The destination website’s own privacy policy applies to that interaction.

Waits until your device is active before delivering a scheduled action.

Limited use

BukaTab uses information only to provide its disclosed scheduling feature. It does not sell or transfer user data to third parties outside approved use cases, use or transfer user data for unrelated purposes, or use or transfer user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending.

Your controls

You can review or change the stored URL and schedule from BukaTab settings, disable the schedule at any time, or remove locally stored extension data by uninstalling BukaTab.

Policy page hosting

This policy page is hosted by GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical information when you visit this page according to the GitHub Privacy Statement. This hosting is separate from the BukaTab extension, which does not send your extension settings or activity to GitHub.

Policy changes

If BukaTab’s data practices change, this policy will be updated with a new effective date. Material changes will be disclosed through the extension or its Chrome Web Store listing before the changed practice begins.
